Hi, I’m Billy — founder of Not Just Any Van.

Before starting NJAV, I ran my own removals business, Jacko's Removals (Norwich) where I saw firsthand both the stress customers experience when moving house and the standards required to deliver a genuinely good service.

In a relatively short period of time, the business built over 50 five-star reviews, which taught me a huge amount about customer service, communication, and the importance of trust in the removals industry.

I also saw the growing pressure being placed on the industry by large quote platforms and price-driven marketplaces, where good removals companies are often pushed into competing purely on cost rather than professionalism and customer experience.

Having previously run a removals business myself, I also understand the frustration many quality removals companies feel with large lead-generation platforms, where companies can end up paying for poor-quality enquiries and competing in a race to the bottom on price.

NJAV is being built differently — with a focus on quality over quantity, better communication, and creating better matches between customers and removals companies.
