NJAV does not currently charge suppliers simply to be part of the network.

Suppliers are not charged upfront for unconfirmed enquiries.

Instead, commission is only paid on confirmed jobs successfully passed through the platform.

NJAV is intentionally building a carefully selected network of trusted removals companies across the UK.

Before onboarding suppliers, several factors are considered, including:

• Goods In Transit Insurance

• Customer reviews and reputation
• Vehicle standards and equipment
• Reliability and professionalism

NJAV also values:

• proper moving equipment
• protective blankets and floor protection
• well-maintained vehicles
• good customer service
• and strong operational standards

The goal is not simply to work with the biggest companies.

Many smaller independent removals businesses provide exceptional service, and professionalism matters far more than company size.

NJAV plans to intentionally limit the number of approved suppliers operating within each county or area.

This is designed to:

• maintain service standards
• avoid oversaturating suppliers with competition
• build stronger long-term working relationships
• and maintain higher-quality matching across the platform

The long-term goal is to build a trusted national network based on quality rather than quantity.

As NJAV grows, the platform also plans to build relationships with specialist movers and contractors for:
