Not Just Any Van is Billy Jackson's. Before this he ran Jacko's Removals — his own firm, his own vans, his own crews — which is why the checks are what they are and why we only ever hand you to one company.
Why this exists
The bit of the job that never got any better
Running a removals firm, Billy kept meeting the same customer: someone who'd filled in a comparison form, had six firms ring them inside an hour, and had no idea which of them to trust. Half the quotes were guesses. One or two came from outfits with a van and no insurance. The cheapest of them was never the right one — not when somebody is handing over everything they own.
The good firms hated it too — paying for leads they shared with five competitors, then being judged on price alone against someone cutting every corner going.
So this is the other way round. We check the firms first — insurance, paperwork, reviews, and a look at the vans where that's warranted. We take the details from you once. Then we pick one — the right one for your house, your street and your date — and stay involved until the last box is in. Because when you're moving your life, you don't want just any van. You want the right one.

Your number is not the product. It goes to one firm, after you've approved the quote, and nowhere else ever.
An honest no beats a hopeful yes. If we can't do your move well, we'll tell you rather than take the enquiry.
Small on purpose. We'd rather cover Norfolk properly than twenty counties badly. Growth comes from more good firms, not more leads.
We stay in it. If the completion slips or something gets broken, you ring us — not a support address.
