Vetted firms at both ends. The crews moving your things in and out come from firms we've vetted and whose insurance we've verified with the insurer.
Your details stay with us until you approve. What's in storage and where it's going stays between you and us. The firm is told when you approve — and nobody else is told at all.
Rated after every job. Both legs get reviewed — the move in, and months later, the move out. Firms keep the second leg by doing the first one properly.
One price, nothing added on top. One price covering the storage and both moving legs, agreed before you commit. Nothing is added to it by us afterwards.
