What "covered" actually means here

Plenty of removals sites list every town in the county and hope one of them is near you. Ours is a shorter list on purpose. A town is on it when we have firms who work it regularly — who know which streets need a permit, where a Luton won't turn round, and how long the carry is from the nearest legal parking space. That knowledge is the difference between a quote that holds and a price that changes on the driveway.

Norfolk makes that matter more than most counties. It is large, mostly rural, and the distances between market towns are real: a crew based the wrong side of the county loses an hour before they have lifted anything, and you pay for that hour. Norwich has permit streets, narrow terraces and a one-way system that decides where a van can actually stop. The coast adds seasonal traffic that turns a forty-minute run into ninety between June and September. The villages add single-track lanes with passing places, which is a question about vehicle size before it is a question about price.

So the towns listed above are the ones we cover confidently, and the villages around them come as standard — most of Norfolk sits within a sensible drive of one of these five.
