Supplier standards
The bar, in writing
Customers trust us because the vetting is real. Here's exactly what we check before a firm carries a single box for our customers — and what keeps a firm on the books.
Stage one
Before you join
In-person assessment where it's warranted — and if we come, we may come unannounced
Goods-in-transit and public liability insurance verified directly with your insurer
Employed crews — no day labour on our customers' moves
Vehicles fit for the work, inside and out
References from real customers we can ring
Stage two
Once you're carrying our moves
Every job is rated by the customer afterwards — the firm and us, separately
Turn up in the window you agreed, or ring ahead — silence is the one thing we don't accept
Insurance kept current — lapses pause matching automatically
Problems get told to us early, not discovered by the customer
What you get back
A steady relationship rather than a lead auction: qualified jobs, no marketing spend, commission only on confirmed work, and a partner who answers the phone. We keep firms-per-area low so the volume is worth having.
